My deposit hasn’t appeared. Why?

Deposits may not show up immediately for several reasons:

  • Not enough confirmations: Each coin requires a set number of blockchain confirmations before being credited.

  • Wrong network: Sending USDT-ERC20 to a TRC20 address will fail.

  • Deposit below minimum: If you send less than the minimum required, it won’t be credited.

  • Exchange delay: If sending from an exchange, withdrawals may be queued.

  • Blockchain congestion: Network traffic may cause slower confirmations.

What to do:

  1. Check your TXID (transaction ID) in a blockchain explorer.

  2. Confirm the coin and network used match what Cryptex supports.

  3. Wait for the required confirmations.

  4. If confirmed but still missing after an hour, contact support with your TXID.
